Rosemarino Italian restaurant in Bristol is the joint vision of business partners and friends Mirco Bertoldi and Sam Fryer.
With 10 years experience a-piece (AKA hard labour!) in top restaurants both locally and abroad the pair decided it was high time to go it alone and become their own bosses. So in November 2010 after an intense 3 months of construction, painting, calling in favours, furniture restoration and heated debates with various building control and licensing officials, Rosemarino was finally ready to open it’s doors on the old site of the legendary York Cafe in Clifton.
Rosemarino quickly gained a reputation as a place to enjoy fresh, un-fussy, sensibly priced, Italian inspired food in a light and relaxed atmosphere.
Rosemarino is open seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch with aperitivo & dinner being served Wednesday-Saturday plus various events running twice monthly.
Rosemarino is a little gem to enjoy anytime, whether it be the full Italian feast or just a coffee while reading the papers.
