Chef's Table
One of the main features at The Muset by Ronnie is the Chef’s Table, which seats up to eight diners and has overhead TV screens transmitting live pictures of the chefs in action in the kitchen. Guests who book this table in advance can bring their own wines to drink with their meal.
Ron says: “The Muset was one of Bristol’s first celebrated eateries and opened at a time when people were really starting to eat out in restaurants. It was also BYO so people could bring their own wine which made dining out affordable so I think that side of it should be celebrated and remembered.”
