At Noa we serve both contemporary and traditional washoku cuisine. During cooking the fresh ingredients are seared at high temperature to seal in all the natural flavour.
We have a range of starters including a traditional miso made from the finest nutritious soya beans to a wakame (seaweed) salad, one of the many healthy harvests of the ocean.
We have light and crispy tempura, tonkatsu, harumaki as well as a range of sashimi, cut and served in different ways depending on the fish, all garnished with our range of vegetables and seaweed.
