Star dishes at Blue Rhubarb include the chilli salt squid salad with lemon mayonnaise and crispy capers; the rib-eye steak with spinach, sautéed mushrooms, hand-cut chips, green beans and garlic butter; and the passionfruit brulée with a white chocolate spring roll for dessert.
