The restaurant's décor is both striking and modern with a seating capacity of up to 144 comprising of both ample-sized booths that can cater up to a family of four as well as tables situated alongside the thick double glazed glass windows which helps to keep the traffic noise out whilst offering a glimpse of the busy promenade of Bond Street and around the sweeping staircase that leads down to a another jazz-themed room called Jazz@FutureInns that will showcase both national an local talents.

The Chophouse Restaurant menu offers hearty traditional cuisine with a North America theme, with dishes to include four different cuts of steak, three types of chops and a full rack of baby back barbecue ribs, served with a choice of tantalising side dishes and garnishes and topped off with Bourbon barbecue sauce. Its wide range of steaks and chops are sourced locally, and seasoned with a secret ‘rub', before being char grilled over Mesquite wood chips for that authentic North American wood smoked flavour.

The restaurant and bar is just 10 minutes walk from Bristol Temple Meads station, 20 minutes drive from Bristol International Airport and easily accessible from M4, M32 and M5.
