Bristol people who love cooking will be in for a treat on Saturday if they are in the city centre, as they will have the opportunity to win festival tickets to see celebrity chefs demonstrate their culinary skills.
On Saturday 4th September teams of ‘Love Cooking chefs’ will descend on Bristol City Centre to launch the Love Cooking festival, which is coming to Colston Hall on 05 October.
The young chefs will be giving away 100 pairs of Love Cooking tickets in central areas of Bristol such as Cabot Circus, Harbourside, Clifton Village, Queens Square and St Nicholas Market.
Love Cooking is a celebration of the best in cooking and food. It gives cooking enthusiasts the chance to see Britain’s most loved celebrity chefs on stage together for the first time.
The one-day event sees a number of chefs coming to the Colston Hall, including James Martin, Gary Rhodes, Rachel Allen, Ainsley Harriott, Gino D’Acampo, Valentine Warner and Thomasina Miers.
Gary Rhodes was hailed as the man who first brought a modern twist to traditional dishes, so make sure you look out for an exclusive interview with him on Guide2Bristol next week.
If you’re not lucky enough to pick up free tickets on Saturday, you can still buy them at the Love Cooking festival website. Tickets start at £20 for one session.
