People seeking some entertainment next month may wish to head to the Colston Hall in Bristol to see Paul Merton tread the boards.
The comic, who is known for his appearances on various TV programmes - including Have I Got News for You - is setting out on a Spring tour across the UK with his Impro Chums.
On Tuesday May 18th, the quick-witted southerner will take to the stage at 20:00 BST alongside fellow comedians Mike McShane, Lee Simpson, Richard Vranch and Suki Webster.
Together, they will create a new and unique show based entirely on suggestions from the audience and using their abilities to think on the spot.
Commenting on the offering, the Daily Mirror said: "You could see this every night and never tire of it ... They continue to be the finest exponents of the improv art."
Tickets for the performance are priced at £20, with concessions going for £18.
