A local company will be holding a Bristol property investment school tonight.
Property Investment Plan specialises in helping people build a portfolio of property to provide financial security for their retirement. They are running an educational Property School on Thursday 18th March at Clifton Rugby Club, Cribbs Causeway in Bristol from 5.30pm until 7pm.
They promise to teach Bristol home owners how to ‘invest in property the easy way – the professional way.’
According to PIP's Managing Director Ann Looker, ‘Most people have already made significant returns through their own property but don’t know how they can use that to create real financial security. With our help, Bristol property investors can use existing equity to begin to build a property portfolio.
‘The property school offers an informal atmosphere where people can ask questions without the fear of hard sell tactics, and no property is on sale on the night.’
The school is led by Ian Clark, who has been involved in real estate for 30 years, and has successfully built a property portfolio of over 20 properties. Former England rugby international, Mark Regan MBE, will also be there to share his property investment experiences.
