Bristol is set to stage a battle of wits between the country's political leaders.
The second of three general election debates is to take place in the city, the Bristol Evening Post reports.
To be aired on Sky, the discussion will focus on international affairs, its organisers have revealed.
Half of the time will be allocated to this subject, while the rest will be open for any other issues of interest.
The precise location of the event has not yet been disclosed and will only be made public closer to the time.
Bristol citizens present in the audience will get the chance to pose questions to Gordon Brown, David Cameron and Nick Clegg.
A general election must take place sometime this year, although an exact date has not been fixed.
Labour is coming to the end of its third term in office, having taken power from the Conservatives in 1997.
