Now may be a good time to invest in Bristol property, one expert in the field has suggested.
According to Richard Bowser, editor at Property Investor News, people with access to the necessary funds to acquire real estate in the property market at present should consider doing so.
As long as such individuals take a medium-term view, they are likely to make money, he claimed.
Mr Bowser went on to state: "Those people .... should be looking at putting a proportion of that cash into UK residential property, but only if you are taking a minimum of a five to seven-year view."
His comments follow the release of a Barclays Wealth and the Economist Intelligence Unit report at the end of last month, which suggested that 35 per cent of wealthy investors plan to increase their property allocation over the next two years, compared with 17 per cent who intend to decrease it.
