A firm has submitted plans for the development of new Bristol property.
Themejob intends to construct 13 three-storey town houses on Whitelfield Road in Speedwell, the Bristol Evening Post reports.
Each home would have its own parking space located in a central courtyard and bays for visitors may also be included.
Initially, the business had intended to build a block of 32 flats on the site, which used to be a swimming pool, but the recession caused it to rethink.
David Cahill, an agent for the developer, spoke out in support of the proposals, suggesting they would be financially viable in the current market.
The expert added: "If approved, it will allow this site to be redeveloped. Otherwise, the existing building will gradually deteriorate and will be detrimental to the character of the area."
Currently, Bristol City Council, which is headquartered in Council House, College Green, is considering the proposals.
