The weather is good, the sun is shining, and smiles are on the faces of Bristol's gourmands and gourmets as the Bristol Wine and Food Fair opens its doors.

 

Last year saw over 11,000 people enjoy the culinary entertainments on offer, and this year is expected to be similarly successful. The three day fair attracts quality wine exhibitors from around the world, and some of the best gourmet food producers from across the UK. Many local brewers, farmers and chocolatiers are involved in the event, offering samples and demonstrations.Visitors can sample, discover and enjoy quality wine, dining and good food in the Wine & Cheese pavilions and Food & Drink Producer's Market.



Visitors can also discover and learn from the experts during the wine and cheese tastings or join a Master class with Michelin starred UK Chefs. Even children can join in with the Kids' Cookery School. New features this year include free wine tutorials, a wine tasting forum, a children's activity area during the day, food & wine matching at the on-site restaurant, a wine marquee as well as new covered bar & restaurant seating areas.
