Our clients are both students and professionals looking for property to rent in some of the most desirable areas of Bristol. We specialise in offering residential property rentals & letting management services for students and professionals in Clifton, Cotham, Redland, Kingsdown, City Centre, Southville, Bedminster, Bradley Stoke and the surrounding areas.
Our landlords live all over the world and, whether round the corner or round the globe, they are all taking full advantage of our residential property letting management services. Each of our landlords is looked after by managing director Steven Harris who is available full time for consultations or queries. Steven was born and brought up in Bristol and lives locally so knows the area thoroughly.
Our approach is straightforward and consultative. We give landlords honest feedback and helpful advice regarding their property rentals. We work in dialogue with our landlords and can adapt to your specific needs.
Our advice is offered free on a range of related issues such as; landlords moving overseas, types of property rentals, property furnishing, safety testing, building insurance, HMO's and other issues.
Our marketing is extremely hands-on; we have a strong shop front on the busy Whiteladies Road in Clifton, we work with local companies, high street shops and the local press. We have our own emailing list, interactive website; detailing all areas of our residential propertyproperty for rent and our letting management services and are also listed on a number of websites including Rightmove.co.uk and Propertyfinder.co.uk.
