Bristol City take on Portsmouth tonight (13th January 2009) at Ashton Gate in the 3rd round of the FA Cup. This is the replay following the nil nil draw at Fratton Park earlier this month and the winners get what has to be considered as an easy home time against either Swansea or non league Histon in the 4th round. Portsmouth have been struggling and I got a fiver on city to win 2-1 coming from behind after Peter Crouch scores first at 125-1.
What a nightmare for Bristol Rugby last weekend, not only smashed by Saracens but Newcastle managed to beat Guinness Premiership high fliers Gloucester to go 7 points clear of us in the relegation battle. Can't help thinking those Gloucester boys stitched us up!
