Bristol sports results

Catastrophic in terms of how the hell did we lose to them.

Bristol Rovers suffered a 2-1 home loss to the 6 toed boys from Yeovil while Bristol Rugby lost 26-22 on the road at Doncaster Knights. Both of these fixtures really should have been victories for Bristol and no doubt the supporters of both are somewhat in shock.

Bristol City on the other hand turned in a fantastic performance and came back from Barnsley with all 3 points. Goals from Nicky Maynard, Evander Sno and Marvin Elliott keeps City firmly in the race for promotion.

Anyone remember the last time Bristol had a clean sweep with all 3 teams winning? No, me neither - players please get down to your local Bristol gym or health club, management come up with some tactics that might work, supporters keep spending the money through the turnstyles - surely they will all come good soon.

Upcoming home fixtures this week - click titles for details:-

Tuesday 27th October, 7.45pm
Bristol Rovers v Leeds United

oops, Rovers lost 4-0 at home to Leeds and now sit 6th in the table. It's been a disastourous month for the gas with 4 losses on the bounce, hopefully their away match to MK Dons on Saturday 31st will give them some points for the month.

Saturday 31st October, 3pm
