Depressing is the word that sums up last months sporting teams in Bristol.
Bristol City, 6 games, 1 win v Southampton, 2 draws and 3 losses for 5 points out of 18 in the league. Must do better.
Bristol Rovers, 5 games, 2 draws, 2 losses and knocked out of the FA Cup, 2 points from 12 in the league this month. Can't do worse.
Bristol Rugby, a win in the league at last but losses to Saracens (albeit by 2 points), London Irish (by 5 points) and thrashed by Gloucester still sees them rooted to the bottom of the table. I'm sticking with watching my local rugby team the Bristol Barbarians, we're bottom of our league too but at least I don't have to pay £20 to go and see them and beer is only £2.20 a pint.
Come on Bristol, lets have some wins in December, about time a city our size had some silverware and a hint to the big local companies - SUPPORT YOUR TEAMS.
